The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a bright and airy atmosphere in the hallways. the included breakfast was a plus, especially for early risers catching the bus to Torres del Paine. the staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze.
Communication about the make-your-own breakfast setup could have been clearer to avoid confusion among guests. Some visitors experienced stomach issues after the provided breakfast.

The room was amazingly comfortable with climate control and a sitting area.
Everything there was perfectly fine. What a very welcoming and sweet staff. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Comfortable and particularly good location, very close to Yungay Square, appreciated this place. A 10-minute ride to the airport. Lovely base for exploring Puerto Natales...

Visited for a night post-Torres del Paine hike. Great location, super clean with cozy rooms, and a delicious breakfast served early for early starts. Staff are friendly, and the host is welcoming and generous. Wi-Fi is strong, laundry service available, and only a short walk from the bus terminal. Comfortable beds and a lovely atmosphere where everyone is on the same early rising vibe for hikes.
Do recommend this hotel.

The location of the hostel is very convenient, being close to the bus station and the shopping district. the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. - the room is very comfortable, with a cozy bed and well-equipped bathroom amenities.

Conveniently located near a bus stop, this place offers a peaceful setting and easy access to shops and amenities. You can even take a nice stroll to Paroquia Maria Auxiliadora, just a stone's throw away from here! 🚶♂️
